The emphasis on employee wellbeing has grown quickly over the last few years, evolving a long way from the core benefits provision that used to be expected of employers. There's now a widespread expectation that benefits will support overall wellbeing, including health-related support, encompassing both mental health and financial support. The impacts of the pandemic have exacerbated many of these recent shifts, with the cost of living crisis bearing particular relevance to financial wellbeing.

Covered in this session

2023 will be a defining year for many employers in restructuring, re-evaluating, and educating employees about their benefits and wellbeing support.  Recruitment is under pressure and employee wellbeing is now frequently on the 'needs' lists of prospective employees. However, we recognise that it's often a challenge for employers to optimise resources and get the right mix of wellbeing services. Sometimes, just knowing where to begin requires a helping hand, and determining how to leverage existing provision is a good starting point.

This webinar will provide insights into assessing the suitability of your current benefits and how they can be optimised, as well as the areas where changes could make the biggest difference.  We'll be discussing the ranges and extent of benefits which can be implemented, and how some of these services could be life-changing for your employees.
