Scott KropfScott Kropf, FSA, CFA, EA, FCA, MAAA | Scott is a Principal and Growth Leader for Buck’s U.S Wealth Practice. He oversees growth efforts by championing new ideas and thinking to support Buck’s consultants and clients. Scott has also been consulting with clients on all aspects of their retirement programs for more than 30 years and is an advisor to Buck’s Office of the Chief Actuary.

She manages the practice's operations, client services, and strategic direction. She also oversees the Office of Chief Actuary, which provides guidance and support to Buck's actuarial staff on consulting topics, technical issues, professional standards, and policies and procedures. Tonya is also a lecturer for Columbia University’s Master’s Program in Actuarial Science, where she developed and continues to teach their Pension course.

Pappa-2Sandy Pappa | Sandy is a Principal in Buck’s Wealth practice and specializes in defined contribution plans, helping clients align their retirement program with their overall workforce and business strategy. Her experience includes plan re-design and the implementation of new 401 (k) programs. Recently, she has focused her attention on retirement readiness studies, measuring employee savings behavior in DC plans and evaluating overall plan effectiveness.
