Tony Crescenzi, Executive Vice President, PIMCO | Tony is an executive vice president, market strategist and generalist portfolio manager in their New York office. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. He has written five books, including "The Strategic Bond Investor" and "Beyond the Keynesian Endpoint." He regularly appears on CNBC and Bloomberg television and in financial news media. Tony has 36 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from St. John's University and an undergraduate degree from the City University of New York.

Mike Mecca, Principal, Wealth practice | Mike is the Chief Investment Officer and U.S. Practice Leader for Buck’s Investment Consulting practice. He specializes in investment consulting services for endowments, foundations, insurance companies, and defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans. He has more than 30 years of experience in the investment management industry (portfolio management, manager research, consulting) and is a CFA Charterholder. Mike graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor's degree in finance and a minor in economics.  

Tom Sablak, Principal, Wealth practice | Tom is a member of Buck’s Financial Risk Management group and serves as the annuity placement leader. In addition to his annuity placement expertise, he specializes in pension valuation, de-risking, and plan termination. With more than 25 years’ defined benefit consulting experience, Tom helps plan sponsors understand and mitigate risks inherent in defined benefit pension plans. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Bowdoin College (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa). 

Sarvesh Soi, Principal, Wealth practice | Sarvesh serves as the head of the Financial Risk Management group. He is a seasoned actuary with 19 years of broad and diverse experience in pensions and investments. In recent years, his primary focus has been developing, implementing, and monitoring liability driven investment solutions for defined benefit pension plan sponsors. Sarvesh graduated with a bachelor's degree in actuarial mathematics from the University of Michigan and is an Enrolled Actuary (EA), CFA Charterholder, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA).
