Following a tumultuous end to 2022, markets rallied in January amid optimism that global central banks would soon halt interest rate hikes – with the possibility of even cutting rates by the end of this year. But this was followed in March by several significant U.S. bank failures that rattled the markets. As we said in February, it’s going to be a bumpy year, and we don’t see it settling down any time soon.

He specializes in investment consulting services for endowments, foundations, insurance companies, and defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans.
