Organizations know a robust benefits package that supports workforce wellbeing can deliver a competitive advantage, and employees today expect more wellbeing support.

However, the findings also show programs aren’t always hitting the mark, with
1 in 5 employees reporting worsening physical, mental, and financial health and 2 in 3 employees indicat
ing they would change jobs for better benefits. A troubling 46% of employees are considering a job change.
