The third Lloyd’s judgment further expanded the GMP equalisation project. The temptation is for trustees to bury their heads in the sand and start work on this once the main GMP project is completed, however this will extend the timescales of an already lengthy project. This webinar will set out actions which trustees can take now to ensure an efficient and time-limited project and look at the limits on what they need to do.

We will set out the scale of the problem and the practical challenges posed by the latest Lloyds ruling, including data gathering, which transfers to proactively revisit, member tracing, calculations and payment of top-ups. We will set out the key steps and actions trustees can take now to move this project forward, and where the limits are on what is required. The session will include a question and answer session.
