Rich Stover | Rich is a Principal and Consulting Actuary in Buck’s Compliance Consulting practice and has experience assisting clients in strategy, design, legislative compliance, and financial analysis for both active and retiree life and health programs. He has consulted extensively on the Affordable Care Act and has expertise in the financial, plan design, and compliance aspects of group life and health benefits.
Nancy Vary | Nancy is a Director in Buck’s Compliance Consulting practice.  An attorney and HR professional, her experience covers a wide range of design, delivery, and operational issues surrounding human resources initiatives and employee benefit programs in both unionized and non-union settings.
