Join us on Thursday 16th January for five 20-minute sessions looking at innovative ways you can improve the lives of your people in 2020. The guest speakers and topics for this event include:

  • Jeremy Beament from financial wellbeing experts, nudge, will be giving us some insights from their recent whitepaper ‘The great wellbeing myth’, which seeks to identify trends and patterns from their 500,000 regular users. Could there be some handy tips in there to help with the financial wellbeing of your people?
  • Ry Morgan, co-founder of Unmind, a workforce mental health platform provider, will be helping us understand why preventative care of our minds is as important as the daily brushing routine we undertake to protect our teeth.
  • Charles Cotton from the CIPD will update us on the results of their recent annual reward management survey, which demonstrates an increased focus on whether people are paid fairly for their experience, skills, commitment and contribution.
  • International law firm, Gowling WLG, released a report in September 2019 looking at various markets and their readiness for digital disruption. As more and more HR and reward outputs are driven or supported by digital transformation, how ready is your business? Or perhaps more importantly; how ready are your people?
  • Andreas Hunter from Buck will take a look at the latest and most creative methods you can use to engage your people with their reward and benefits in 2020.
