Our research shows that wellbeing, sustainability, and DE&I are now on most companies' agendas, as we return to what is the 'new normal'.

Join us on Wednesday 29th June for five 30-minute sessions looking at innovative ways to improve the wellbeing of your people and achieve your wellbeing, sustainability, and DE&I objectives, and how your pension scheme and wider financial wellbeing strategy can most effectively support this.

Agenda

Key trends in DC: John Yates will consider the results of our research highlighting current employer objectives, and offer an overview of the key trends around DC pensions and financial wellbeing. This will include practical applications of how you can use these to meet your wellbeing, sustainability, and DE&I objectives.

ESG investment developments: Celene Lee will look at the continued increase in environmental, social and governance (ESG) investment strategies, including what constitutes ESG, and why it's becoming a fundamental component of investment strategies. We'll consider the different approaches, how they'll impact member outcomes, and how employers can best establish how their investments align with their own corporate values.

Wellbeing requirements and resources: Lee Appleyard will walk through the components of financial wellbeing and people's differing needs, as well as showcasing some of the fantastic free support and resources available to employers. He'll outline how they can be used to engage and educate employees in making better-informed decisions, improving financial resilience, and planning effectively for their future.

Employer case study: Michaela O'Reilly will offer practical examples of achieving these key objectives from an employer’s perspective. This will include their approach to ESG and DE&I, as well as the gender pensions gap. She'll focus on the use of data analytics to establish objectives and inform communication strategies, yielding results and measurable outcomes.

Legal implications: Liz Wood will provide insight on the legal implications of employee benefits strategies. Her talk will cover objectives focused on DE&I, sustainability, and wellbeing, with a specific focus on pensions and employment law.
